Bill Shelley manages Family Optometry's business development and technology infrastructure. Mr. Shelley has an expertise in the business startup and economic feasibility of new ventures, financial modeling and business valuation. His information technology experience includes application development, network design and project management of enterprise wide projects.

Mr. Shelley received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Business Management at San Francisco State University and continued his education at California State University, Hayward where he received his Masters Degree in Business Admininstration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Entrepreneurship.
